Pool Procedures
In case of emergencies or basic pool operations, follow the instructions below
Main Water Valve
Turns off all water for the property.
Arrow Inline = On
Arrow horizontal = Off
Main Gas Meter
Turns off the gas for the property. If you smell gas, shut this off.
Stub Inline = On
Stub horizontal = Off
Emergency Phone
Ring ring
Hot Water Heater
Electric only (no gas)
Shut off red electricity switch
Shut off water valve
Bathroom Fixtures
In case of leaks, all fixtures have an individual shutoff valve, except urinal.
Clubhouse Electric Panel
Controls clubhouse/bathrooms/chlorine pump next to parking lot
Lift black door, switches down to turn off
Pool Electrical
Controls water pumps, pool house, electrical sockets up by the picnic tables.
Lift bottom gray panel, flip black switches down.
Timers
Left is heater, used to control when the heaters go on and off.
Must be reset to the current time when the power goes out.
Right is the pumps, the pumps now have their own programs, so this timer is set to always on 24 hours.
Secondary Circuit
Near the solar heaters.
Individual circuits control the sockets up by the bbq grills and the mailbox.
Lift the door, flip the switches down for off, up for on.
Water Pumps
If possible turn them on or off at the pump, NOT at the breaker, because they are programmed.
Lift the clear cover door.
There is a start and a stop switch on each panel
Water Filters
Clearing air bubbles out of the top.
Twist the top black part to open the valve.
This video does not include removing the pleated filters.
Solar Heaters
To shut off flow to the solar heaters.
Open blue handle first (read sign on handle)
Close 2 outside orange handles
Clearing Clubhouse Lock
To clear the passwords in the clubhouse lock
